Auberle's workforce development department, the Employment Institute (EI), serves and trains people of all ages and backgrounds to place them in good-paying jobs with benefits within hundreds of businesses across countless industries. 

EI provides them with the tools and resources they need to not only obtain employment, but maintain a career that changes the trajectory of their life.
