HOUSING SERVICES

Rapid Rehousing Program

Auberle's Rapid Rehousing Program works with individuals and families to assist them in finding safe, stable and affordable housing. Case managers work with participants, by providing rental assistance, case management services and partnerships with local landlords.

The Homeless Prevention Program assists with back rent once an order of possession has been issued. Referrals for the Rapid Rehousing Program and the Homeless Prevention Program need to come through Allegheny County Link 1-866-730-2368.

Family Emergency Shelter

Auberle's Family Emergency Shelter can accommodate up to 20 individuals at one time and operates 24 hours a day/seven days a week. The goal of the Family Emergency Shelter is to keep families safe, assist them with securing more permanent housing and link them to available resources.

HOPE Program

The HOPE Program provides short-term (6 months) housing stabilization services and case management to young adults ages 18-24 who are experiencing a housing crisis. This program can also serve qualifying youth with children.

Host Homes

The Auberle Host Homes program can provide short-term (6 months) housing stabilization support and case management to young adults ages 18-24 who are residing with an extended family member, friend/friend’s family, or other non-parent/non-grandparent support as an alternative to entering shelter. In some instances, Auberle may be able to match a young person in need of short-term housing with a community volunteer who is willing to host them. This program can also serve qualifying youth with children.
