INNOVATIVE & PASSIONATE

Here at Auberle, we value every single one of our employees' input from across the agency. Staff participates in goal setting and strategic planning to discuss how we can find innovative solutions to reach more people in need. Each day, our staff is charged with making decisions that affect the lives of others. Our employees work on behalf of individuals and families during the most difficult times of their lives.

DIVERSE & COMMITTED

At Auberle, our greatest strength is the diversity of our people and their ideas. We believe that everyone deserves respect and equal treatment regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, age, disability, religious beliefs, etc. We strive to create an environment where employees can do their best work.

This includes our commitment to providing a supportive employee benefits program and integrating a fair work-life balance that ultimately contributes to making our employees happier, more productive and more diverse. As a direct result of promoting and advocating for workplace diversity, Auberle was awarded a 2018 Employer Diversity Recognition Award from the University of Pittsburgh. This nomination came from University of Pittsburgh students who participated in internships at Auberle.
