May 2026 — Auberle's Foster Care team at Auberle's Main Campus in McKeesport, PA.
Q: Who do you serve with your team and how?
A: Auberle Foster Care provides safe and stable out-of-home care for children and youth. We serve ages newborns through their 21st birthday who cannot remain with their family. These placements occur in foster homes licensed and monitored by our staff until youth can be safely reunited with their parent(s), placed with a kinship (extended family member) provider, or placed permanently with an adoptive family.

Q: What motivates your team to do this work?
A: The motivation behind our work is deeply rooted in purpose and humanity. It’s driven by a commitment to protect and uplift vulnerable children and to be a steady presence during some of the most uncertain moments in their lives. For many, it’s about believing every child deserves safety, stability, and someone who won’t give up on them. There’s also a strong sense of making a difference, ensuring children’s needs, voices, and futures are considered especially when they can’t do it alone. Our staff are motivated by the impact they can make: helping a child find permanency, supporting families through challenges, and creating moments of trust and healing that can change a life’s trajectory. At its core, this work is fueled by compassion, resilience, and a genuine desire to bepart of something bigger than oneself, turning care into action and hope into real outcomes.
