Q: Describe your role. 
A: I meet with program participants to discover and attain their housing goals. Housing goals often go hand-in-hand with employment, health, and other personal goals.

Q: How do you impact the community through your work?
A:  I make an impact by finding solutions to participants' vulnerable needs and help them see that their current circumstances are just their baseline for where they are going, not the only chapter of their story. 

Q: What do you hope to accomplish in this role?
A: I hope to provide a strong foundation that allows for participants to feel confident enough to go from renting to homeownership.

Q: Why is this work important to you?
A: My personal connection comes from watching my role models defy odds and overcome obstacles the way I believe my participants can.
