Auberle's Therapeutic Library

The therapeutic library is a trauma-informed resource which means that what is included in the therapeutic library is based on knowledge and understanding of the impact of trauma and its far reaching impact on individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. If you want to know more about trauma-informed care and how Auberle integrates this into all of its services and programs click here: What is Trauma-Informed Care?
The therapeutic library provides therapeutic support and evidenced-based therapy tools, education, and resources for individuals, families, groups, and communities. The intention of the therapeutic library is to provide additional support and resources for individuals to use at home, with family, and for staff to utilize with populations served by Auberle. The therapeutic resource library provides resources in several areas such as self-care, family work, community action, emotional education, de-escalation, mindfulness, and more. The therapeutic library is intended to supplement treatment and is not a replacement for formal therapy with a trained professional.
