How We #AnswertheCall

The first person to coin the phrase “servant leadership” was Robert K. Greenleaf who wrote, “The difference manifests itself in the care taken by the servant - first to make sure that other people’s highest priority needs are being served.”  This quote could be a motto at Auberle.  We help people achieve goals by responding to their needs in a holistic way.  At the core of all we do is that we know that the path to success is going to be different for each person.

February 26, 2017

Meet Matt S. He enjoys reading. While he reads about adventures of heroes and stories of science fiction and assigned school reading material, one story that has yet to be told has been the tale of Matt, a hard-working and intelligent young man who is thriving in and out of the classroom.

CIERRA B.

February 26, 2017

Cierra B. is one of many participants at the 412 Youth Zone. At 22 years old, she
has experienced the threat of homelessness due to an unstable and strained
relationship with her mom. Cierra walked to the Wood Street Commons building
downtown and enrolled herself in the 412 Youth Zone program. After Cierra filled
out her application, she, like all the other youth who participate in the program,
was assigned a Youth Coach.

DAMEON C.

February 26, 2017

As a young boy growing up in the city of McKeesport, Dameon C. knew he had to work hard to achieve his dream of becoming a Software Developer for Samsung. When the time came for him to get a job, he went to the local recreation center where he came across a flyer for the Learn and Earn Program, a six-week program that offers paid summer work experience for youth ages 14-21.
