Corporate Partnerships
Our Employment Institute works with 102 local employer partners. We develop vocational programming with input from area businesses that are in need of workers. We train our young people for jobs that already exist and where available workers are in short supply. We establish connections with local businesses to help us identify their true needs and then provide the necessary training and support so our candidates are qualified to fill those positions.

EITC Tax Credit Program

EITC is a Pennsylvania state program of educational tax incentives for businesses

EITC supports Auberle’s vocational certification programs and provides tangible job training for at-risk youth

Your business receives a tax credit of 90% of its contributions each year when you make a 2-year commitment to the Pauline Auberle Foundation (PAF). For example, a gift of $100,000 only costs your organization $10,000

Your business receives a tax credit of 75% of its contribution for a single year commitment to PAF

Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP)
