Fiscal Year 2006- 2007

  • The majority of Auberle children ages 7-12 (95%) felt safe at Auberle and were happy with the services they received (96%).
  • The majority of Auberle youth ages 13-18 (74%) felt safe at Auberle and were happy with the services they received (73%).
  • The overwhelming majority of the Auberle families were extremely happy with Auberle. They reported being satisfied with the services they received (94%), pleased with the type and amount of communication they received from Auberle (94%) and felt that Auberle respected their cultural beliefs and practices (94%).
  • The Auberle Alternative Education Center (AEC) surveyed referring School Districts asking if they would utilize the AEC in the future and ALL of them (100%) said they would. They reported being very happy with Auberle’s responsiveness to their needs (91% excellent) and providing outstanding student progress (36% excellent and 55% above average).
  • Referring agency respondents other than the school districts mentioned above, were primarily from Allegheny County Children, Youth and Families and Juvenile Probation with a total of 53 surveys. The vast majority was very satisfied with the services Auberle provides (94%), very satisfied with our type and amount of communication with them (92%) and very satisfied with our permanency planning efforts (87%).
  • Our Auberle Movin’ On Program’s young men ages (16-21) reported being very satisfied with the services they received (89%) and were pleased with the type and amount of communication they received from Auberle (83%). Our Referring agency respondents to this program were primarily from Allegheny County Juvenile Probation and community agencies with ALL of them being very satisfied with the services Auberle provides (100%) and very satisfied with our type and amount of communication with them (100%).
  • The Auberle Outpatient Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Program surveys report that ALL of the adults were very satisfied with the services Auberle provides (100%) and very satisfied with our type and amount of communication with them (100%). ALL children were happy with the services they received (100%) and felt that their Therapist talked with them enough (100%). The majority of youth were happy with the services they received (67%) and felt that their Therapist talked with them enough (78%). The majority of families were happy with the services they received (86%) and very satisfied with the type and amount of communication with them (86%).
