Soft Skills
Our young people master the "soft" vocational skills needed to succeed at work including work ethic, accepting criticism, being part of a team, etc. To put these skills to the test, we first hire youth to work internally for Auberle departments where many are fired and later can be re-hired to emphasize how it is in the real world. We accept no excuses for the performance of our youth because they're at-risk, as employers will not accept that either.
