Auberle provides emergency shelter for children ages 7-12 in need of protective services who have been removed from their families because of "at-risk" situations. The Shelter program provides shelter services to children who are in need of a supervised, structured and therapeutic environment. Assessment, therapeutic intervention and treatment/planning services are coordinated and/or provided. This service is contracted by Allegheny County Department of Human Services, Children, Youth and Families.
