At
Auberle, our residential programs are rooted in the belief
that every child has the potential for positive growth and
development. The ultimate goal for every child is either family
reunification or permanency planning which will provide the
child with the least restrictive living environment.
Auberle's
residential programs serve a target population of children
& youth between the ages of 9-18 who are experiencing
behavior issues or family problems severe enough to preclude
them from remaining at home and in the community. All children
are referred by County Child Protective Services or Juvenile
Court.
| Auberle
offers a highly tailored environment for each child
and family that walks through our doors. Each program
is designed with the clear expectation to help children
adjust to residential placement and to assess the child's
and family's needs and treatment goals. Programs are
specifically designed to prevent early negative discharge
and find the least restrictive way to achieve each goal
the child, family and staff set.
Auberle
provides children an evolutionary progression of services,
both short and long-term, that ensures that each child
receives personalized, competent and consistent care
and treatment during their time here. As the child and
family see and feel positive progress, Auberle adapts
to meet the new needs and challenges of the individual
and family. |
