Auberle Children Participated in the KidsVoice and Auberle Partner for
Resource Fair At Auberle Education Center

KidsVoice partnered with Auberle and Allegheny County Department of Human Services to host its fourth annual Resource Fair on Monday, November 12, 2007. The event served children between the ages of 15 and 21.

In addition to an extensive display of human service sector vendors, kids participated in group discussion on housing, health insurance, financial aid, colleges, vocational schools, and rights in care.

Those who attended gained access to information needed to pursue an education, gain employment, healthcare, and find housing. The fair was put together in order to ease each child’s transition into independent living.
