Foster
Care Service
The
family is a haven in a heartless world.
-- Attributed to Christopher Lasch
Foster Care services play a vital role in the lives of children who
don’t have a traditional family environment to rely on.
Auberle Family Foster Care provides services that fill the needs of
these children and their families.
Auberle utilizes a "family-to-family approach" whenever possible.
This means that the child, the natural family, the foster family, Auberle
staff and other service providers all participate in the in the treatment
planning.
Each child and family is unique, and Auberle’s Foster Care services
are designed to reflect the needs of the individual child and the family.
Individualized treatment plans work to develop the child's specific
academic, psychological, and socio-cultural needs, while at the same
time nurturing the roles of the natural and foster family.
The goal of Auberle Family Foster Care is to provide a safe and secure
home environment that will help nurture each child while they work towards
family reunification or permanent
placement. |
