Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop appropriate relationships with residents that reflect residential guiding principles and core values.
• Provide a secure and healthy environment for all residents.
• Supervise residents in all aspects of daily living routines to ensure safety and well-being.
• Provide positive role model to residents.
• Possess ability to work on all programs as needed
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, trainings, and court hearings as scheduled.
• Provide transportation for residents’ appointment needs.
• Service documentation including completion of required reports.
• Adhere to program policies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED.  Experience working with children and youth preferred.   Ownership of a reliable vehicle, a valid PA driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.
