Festival of Fun
July 2010
This event provides children the chance to develop and foster self-esteem, acceptance, and appreciation of diversity and teamwork. Festival of Fun benefits children ages 7 to 13 that have been removed from their homes because of neglect or other unsafe conditions. Auberle staff and children proudly host Festival of Fun at our facilities in McKeesport, and we welcome the participation of children from similar organizations from southwestern Pennsylvania. Harvest Reception

The Harvest Reception is a dinner and program held annually at Auberle's main campus. It is the occasion upon which Auberle's Children and staff thank our benefactors, volunteers and friends for their generosity and support throughout the year.

Santa's Workshop at Auberle

Auberle initiated the Santa's Workshop to meet an important need for our children - the opportunity to give to others. Auberle's volunteers are a leading force in the success of the Workshop by coordinating the donation of gifts, volunteering during the event helping the children to shop, wrap and select that perfect gift that will be purchased with a token card for loved ones and friends. Special Santa
December 2010
We started the Special Santa Program to provide Auberle children with gifts so they could experience the joy of Christmas. Special Santa volunteers purchase gifts from a wish list each Auberle child makes. Residential Care children receive their gifts at the annual Christmas party. Children in other Auberle programs, such as the shelter, foster care or in-home services program, have their gifts delivered to their homes by Auberle staff. Volunteer Opportunity

Black History Month
February 2011
February is the month in which we bear witness to the progress, richness and diversity of African American achievement. Auberle is proud to celebrate Black History Month with a number of events designed to commemorate the heritage of African-Americans.

All Star Banquet
April 2011
The All Star Recognition Banquet is an annual event bringing the entire Auberle organization together for an evening of celebration and awards for the children. Guests are welcome.
