Provide
a secure and healthy environment for all residents.

Provide
supervision to residents during their sleeping and
morning hours.

Pick
up Emergency Shelter placements as required.

Ability
to work on all programs as needed.

Observe
and document residents’ behaviors during awake
and non-awake hours.

Be
knowledgeable of, and assist in, the implementation
of services, as established in the treatment plan.

Provide
crisis intervention, including employment of passive
physical restraint techniques, as needed.

Complete
and document daily inventory of all medications.
-
Make hourly call-in’s to the Night Monitor Supervisor,
updating the Night Monitor Supervisor on all issues
and ensuring the safety and supervision of the residents.

Ability
to visually observe behaviors and interactions.
