• Provide a secure and healthy environment for all residents.
• Supervise residents in all aspects of daily living routines.
• Provide positive role model to residents.
• Ability to work on all programs as needed.
• Participate in the assessment of the resident and family.
• Implement therapeutic intervention for residents.
• Document all assessment and treatment information in written report form and through verbal communication.
• Provide crisis intervention, including employment of passive physical restraint techniques, as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to visually observe behaviors and interactions.
  

• High School Diploma or GED with at least one-year experience within education or human services field.
• Ownership of a reliable vehicle, a valid PA driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.
