Provide a secure and healthy environment for all clients.

Serve
as a positive role model to all boys in the program.

Provide
transportation via agency vehicle for youth and their
families to and from the program, document transportation
according to guidelines and maintain agency vehicles.
-
Supervise youth and families on agency van with driver
to and from the program, and escort youth and families
to groups.
-
Provide crisis intervention, including employment of physical
restraint techniques as needed.
-
Assist
child and family SNAP™ workers as needed.
-
Attend
and participate in all staff meetings and trainings, as
needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Experiences:
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
One-year
experience working with youth is required.

Demonstrated
computer knowledge of Outlook, Internet and Word/Windows environment.
-
Ownership
of a reliable vehicle, valid PA driver’s license and proof
of insurance. Acts 33 & 34 required. Must be 21 years of age.
