MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST - (LICENSED)
Job duties:
Experience working with sex offenders preferred.
Make initial and/or ongoing assessment of client and family strengths.
Schedule and facilitate therapy to families and co-facilitate family support groups.
Actively work with families of children to improve communication, improve relationships, and facilitate reunification.
Participate in the developing and/or implementing the Individual and Family Treatment Plans.
Complete all paperwork and accountability reports.
Provide on-call case coverage.
Facilitate specialized groups.
Attend court hearings and outside agency meetings as directed.
Participate in all related psychological appointments.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and computer).
Qualifications:
A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling field.
Preference given to candidates with an additional one-year experience in the treatment of children and youth.
Ownership of a reliable vehicle, a valid PA driver’s license and proof of insurance are required
