How to access:
1. Go to www.auberle.org
On the left side, click “Board Portal”
2. Enter the login name and password you received via
email. Click “Log In”
Please change your
password if you haven’t done so already
(Mandatory for security reasons):
1. Use the menu on the left
of your screen, click “Tools”
2. Click “Member Options”
3. Click “Login Options” and fill in information
to change password.
4. At top of screen, click “Save” (First icon
in above menu) Do Not omit this step, your password will
not be changed.
How to view Documents:
1. On the left of your screen,
Click “Documents”
2. Choose then Click the folder that contains the documents
you wish to view. (i.e. All Board Documents)
3. Click file link to open the document you wish to view
(i.e. Board Book – Feb 2008)
How to print PDF
documents:
1. Click the Print button
or go to File, Print.
2. Click Properties to set any additional options available
such as color.
3. Indicate which pages (pages numbers are seen in the
menu bar of the PDF) you want to print, and then click
OK.
You must have Adobe Acrobat
Reader 6.0 or greater installed on your computer to view
the PDF files. If you have problems opening the document
you probably don't have Adobe Acrobat installed. Download
free Adobe Acrobat Reader software for your computer at:
www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html
Using Built in Navigation
(Bookmarks):
When viewing a PDF document
using Adobe Acrobat Reader you can navigate the text using
the built-in navigation system (Bookmarks). Depending
on what version of Acrobat reader you have installed,
opening Bookmarks vary. The icon to open the Bookmarks
is located towards the upper left hand corner of the PDF
viewer and will look like:

Accessing the calendar:
There are two ways to gain
access to your calendar from your site: Click Calendar
in the Menu OR from the web office home page, click View
This Week, View This Month, or View 31 Day Month in the
Calendar section.
Switching calendar
views:
At the top-left of the view,
there are three tabs labeled Day, Week, and Month. Switch
to the view you want by clicking the tab with the same
name.
**By default the Calendar
feature opens to your personal calendar in which you can
use to help keep track of all your meetings and other
events. Board events have been already posted to your
calendar for you and will be updated regularly for you.
If you wish to view ONLY the Board calendar Click the
dropdown and select All Board Calendar.

How to add an event
to your calendar:
Click New button in the Command
Bar at the top of the page and fill in or change appointment
title, date, time etc…
Seeing what is in
discussions:
To go to the Forums page,
click Discussions in the Menu. On the Forums page, you
see something like the following: Click the forum you
want to read.

Click the subject of a message
to read it. To advance to the next message in the topic,
click next. To go back to the previous message, click
previous.
How to reply:
You can reply to any message
in an ongoing discussion topic. To reply to a message
in an ongoing discussion, select the discussion and message,
and click Reply in the Command Bar.
1. Fill in the information about your message:
2. Click Save in the Command Bar. Your message is posted
instantly.
PLEASE NOTE: The administrators
of your site can customize the site so that only the features
they select appear in your site. For that reason, you
might not see all the features described in the HelpCenter.
How to Sync With
Your Outlook Calendar
Follow these steps if you're using the synchronization
tool on your site with Microsoft Outlook® for the
first time.
Download and install
Intellisync:
1. Select Tools > Utilities from the Menu. The WebOffice
Utilities page appears.
2. Click the Synchronization link. The Synchronize page
appears.
3. Mark the checkbox to accept the Terms of Service.
4. Click the Download Now button.
5. Follow the InstallShield directions and download Intellisync
to your computer desktop.
6. Double-click the Intellisync icon on your desktop.
The files self-extract and install on your computer's
hard drive.
Back up your data:
Before synchronizing, you must back up your data in Microsoft
Outlook.
To back up your Microsoft
Outlook data:
1. In Outlook, select File > Import and Export.
2. Select Export to a file, and then click Next.
3. For file type, select Personal Folder File (.pst),
and then click Next.
4. Select the folder you want to synchronize.
If you're synchronizing calendar information,
select the Calendar folder, and then click Next.
5. Accept the default file location and options, and then
click Finish.
Synchronize
To synchronize with Microsoft
Outlook:
1. On your computer desktop, click Start > Programs
> WebEx > Intellisync for WebEx to launch the sync
client software.
2. Enter the web address
for your site: www.auberle.webexone.com , your login name,
and password, and then click OK.
3. Click Configure and follow
the prompts to choose the applications you want to synchronize.

Click the checkbox beside the web office applications
you want to synchronize. Choose from Calendar. |
| Choose Outlook or Palm |
In the Translator dialogue that appears, click the
MS Outlook radio button. Click Browse to choose the
Outlook folder you want to synchronize. |
| Choose Import, Export, or Synchronize |
Click the radio button that describes which operation
you want to do: Import copies data from Outlook into
your web office.Export copies data from your web office
into Outlook.Synchronize combines data from your web
office with data from Outlook. |
4 . Click OK.
If you're importing data
into your site or synchronizing, determine whether you
want the data to be visible to everyone in your web office
or just to you. By default, the data you import into your
web office is visible just to you, Please DO NOT make
it visible to all members of your site.
5 . Click the Start button
on the Intellisync client program to begin the synchronization.
