Auberle
Culinary Arts Program
Auberle’s
Culinary Arts Program is offered to children between the ages
of 16-18 who are interested in pursuing careers in the Food
Service Industry. Graduates leave the program with the knowledge
and skills necessary to obtain an entry-level postiion within
Food Service. Kids learn about food preparation, food safety,
and working knowledge of day-to-day operations of a food service
department.
In
addition to traditional classroom theory, kids gain insight
and a real-world perspective through unique opportunities,
including special presentations by professionals in the culinary/hospitality
field, field trips, and hands-on training.
